For one night only, Will's Fargo returns to Carmel Valley.

Join us at the Holman Ranch Tasting Room on Friday, October 23 for a classic steakhouse dinner paired with Holman Ranch estate-grown wines, inspired by the former WIll's Fargo Dining House & Saloon.

Founded in 1928, WIll's Fargo was a longtime Carmel Valley Village restaurant, and its historic building is now home to the Holman Ranch Tasting Room. The evening brings a piece of that history back to the table with a traditional steakhouse menu alongside Holman Ranch wines.

The evening begins with a relish tray, garlic bread, followed by a Caesar or house salad. For the main course, guests may select grilled filet with horseradish cream sauce, grilled lobster with drawn butter, or herb-stuffed chicken breast. Each entrée is served with a twice-baked potato and green beans. Finish with strawberry shortcake and chocolate lava cake, and coffee available.

Note: Salad and entrée selections will be made in advance when purchasing tickets.
