We are excited to invite you to a Sound Bath meditation on Saturday, March 30th from 10:00AM to 11:30AM. Meditate inside the warm Holman Ranch Carriage House, and leave feeling rejuvenated and centered. Finish the morning with a glass of estate-grown Holman Ranch Pinot Noir.

During the Winter months, Sound Baths will take place inside the Holman Ranch Carriage House. Escape the cold– This space will be heated comfortably during your 60-minute meditation.

If you are not familiar with Sound Bath meditation, this is a therapeutic experience that uses various sound frequencies to motivate a deep state of relaxation, to reduce stress and promote healing. During the Sunset Sound Bath, you will lie down or sit comfortably while our instructor, Jordy, uses a variety of instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes to create soothing and immersive sounds that will envelop your mind and body.

We encourage you to bring a yoga mat or cushion, a blanket, a journal and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and fully experience this Sound Bath.

Tickets include one glass of Holman Ranch estate-grown wine during your guided sound bath meditation.
