“A Day of Harvest”

 

Where art and science meet, wine is made with obsessive passion in the face of all odds, and sometimes logic.

During harvest, 6 to 8 tons of grapes are processed daily in our wine cave before eventually aging 4-7 months (white wines) or 8-11 months (red wines) in French Oak barrels.

In this short film, winemaker Chris Vita takes us inside the precious moments of harvest where years hang in the balance.
