In celebration of the Winter Solstice, join us at Holman Ranch Estate for an afternoon of relaxation and meditation, led by Om Studios.
Marking the shortest day of the year and the beginning of winter, the solstice offers a natural opportunity to slow down, reflect, and reset. Held inside our heated Carriage House, this guided sound bath invites you to take a moment for yourself during the busy holiday season.
During the 60-minute meditation, you'll settle into a comfortable position as our instructor, Jordan, guides you through an immersive sound experience using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments. The combination of sound and vibration is designed to encourage deep relaxation, ease tension, and promote a sense of calm.
Following the meditation, enjoy a glass of estate-grown Holman Ranch wine.
We encourage you to bring a yoga mat or cushion, a blanket, and a journal. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring any additional items that will help you relax throughout the experience.
