Happy Hour on the Half Shell is back at the Holman Ranch Tasting Room on Friday, November 13, with freshly shucked oysters and Reserve Jarman Sparkling Brut Rosé. Oysterman Parker Stokes will be shucking market-fresh oysters throughout the evening, paired with our Reserve Jarman Sparkling Brut Rosé. Delicate brioche notes and lively acidity complement the fresh salinity of the oysters.

Late autumn in Carmel Valley sets the scene for a five-course winemaker's dinner inspired by the changing season.

The evening begins at 4:30PM in our on-site wine cave with a behind-the-scenes look at the Holman Ranch winemaking process, led by one of our winemakers. Enjoy a special amuse-bouche paired with the Reserve Jarman Sparkling Brut Rosé before making your way to the Stone Terrace for dinner.

Centered around seasonal ingredients at their peak, a farm-to-table menu by Paradise Catering will be paired course by course with Holman Ranch wines. Dinner will be served al fresco on the Stone Terrace beside the historic Hacienda with sweeping views of the Santa Lucia Mountains.

Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Chef Diego draws inspiration from his travels throughout Latin America, incorporating traditional cooking techniques, regional flavors, and seasonal California ingredients into his cuisine. His approach celebrates the connection between food, local agriculture, and the people who bring it to the table.
