Tickets to the Fiesta de los Amigos are available exclusively to Holman Ranch Wine Club Members. Each membership receives two (2) complimentary tickets.

Spend an autumn evening at the Holman Ranch Tasting Room with a glass of wine and a little creativity at our Pumpkin Paint & Sip on Thursday, October 15 at 5:30PM.

Led by instructor Jessica, this two-hour class will guide you through painting and decorating your own pumpkin to take home. No experience necessary All skill levels are welcome.

Your ticket includes a glass of Holman Ranch estate-grown wine, a pumpkin, and all painting supplies. Additional wines will be available for purchase by the glass and bottle throughout the evening.

This is a family-friendly event, with children’s tickets available for guests under 21.

For one night only, Will's Fargo returns to Carmel Valley.

Join us at the Holman Ranch Tasting Room on Friday, October 23 for a classic steakhouse dinner paired with Holman Ranch estate-grown wines, inspired by the former WIll's Fargo Dining House & Saloon.

Founded in 1928, WIll's Fargo was a longtime Carmel Valley Village restaurant, and its historic building is now home to the Holman Ranch Tasting Room. The evening brings a piece of that history back to the table with a traditional steakhouse menu alongside Holman Ranch wines.

The evening begins with a relish tray, garlic bread, followed by a Caesar or house salad. For the main course, guests may select grilled filet with horseradish cream sauce, grilled lobster with drawn butter, or herb-stuffed chicken breast. Each entrée is served with a twice-baked potato and green beans. Finish with strawberry shortcake and chocolate lava cake, and coffee available.

Note: Salad and entrée selections will be made in advance when purchasing tickets.

Oysterman Parker Stokes will be shucking market-fresh oysters throughout the evening, paired with our 2022 Reserve Jarman Sparkling Brut Rosé. Late autumn in Carmel Valley sets the scene for a five-course winemaker's dinner inspired by the changing season.

The evening begins at 4:30PM in our on-site wine cave with a behind-the-scenes look at the Holman Ranch winemaking process, led by one of our winemakers. Enjoy a special amuse-bouche paired with the Reserve Jarman Sparkling Brut Rosé before making your way to the Stone Terrace for dinner.

Centered around seasonal ingredients at their peak, a farm-to-table menu by Paradise Catering will be paired course by course with Holman Ranch wines. Dinner will be served al fresco on the Stone Terrace beside the historic Hacienda with sweeping views of the Santa Lucia Mountains.

The holidays are here at the Holman Ranch Tasting Room. Gather for our sixth annual Holiday Party on Friday, December 11, featuring seasonal bites, estate-grown wines, and a passport-style tasting experience.

Pick up your tasting passport and make your way through four stations, each featuring a holiday-inspired bite from Chef Hollie paired with a Holman Ranch estate-grown wine. Chef Hollie and the Holman Ranch Wine Team will share more about the pairings, from the flavors behind each dish to what makes each wine work alongside it.

Guests will also take home recipes from Chef Hollie, with a few new ideas to bring to the table this holiday season.
