About the Chef:
Chef Steven Siglin is the founder and chef behind Edible Ambassador, a Monterey County catering company known for creating exceptional dining experiences centered around seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Inspired by the rich agricultural landscape of California's Central Coast, Chef Steven works closely with local farmers, ranchers, and artisan producers to craft thoughtful, ingredient-driven menus. Since launching Edible Ambassador in 2017, he has catered everything from intimate private dinners and weddings to corporate events and charitable galas. His approach combines a passion for hospitality with a deep appreciation for the people and ingredients that make this region unique, resulting in meals that are both memorable and approachable.
