Our Chef Spotlight series continues with Chef Diego Felix of Colectivo Felix. Join us at the Holman Ranch Estate for an afternoon tasting featuring four small bites prepared by Chef Diego, each paired with a Holman Ranch wine.

Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Chef Diego draws inspiration from his travels throughout Latin America, incorporating traditional cooking techniques, regional flavors, and seasonal California ingredients into his cuisine. His approach celebrates the connection between food, local agriculture, and the people who bring it to the table.

Spend the afternoon with Chef Diego and the Holman Ranch Wine Team, learning more about the ingredients, techniques, and wine pairings that bring the menu together.
