Week long Sessions of horsemanship & riding are offered throughout the year. Perfect for beginning and intermediate riders, girls and boys ages 7 – 12. Availability and dates are subject to change.

Classic Horsemanship Clinic
Holman Ranch is thrilled to announce we will be hosting a Classical Horsemanship Clinic with J.P. Giacomini! We invite you to join us for this wonderfully unique experience as either a participant or observer.

When:
April 26* – 29, 2009
*No charge for auditing on April 26th, which is a half-day, P.M.)

Participation Fees:
Lessons: $150 per ride / 2 ride minimum
Audit: $30/day ~ $50 for 2 days ~ $75 for 3 days

*no charge on April 26, which is a 1/2 day, P.M.
**no audit fee for Holman Ranch boarders

Trailer In: $25
Overnight Stall: $40

About Jean Philippe Giacomini:
Know as J.P., Jean Philippe Giacomini has 45 years experience as a dressage rider and trainer, and was a successful Olympic level coach to riders from 5 countries. J.P. is noted for his ability to teach Piaffe and Passage, and to bring long-lasting solutions based on the Classical Principles for solving previously unsolved problems. Born in France, he spent a year with Master Nuno Oliveira as a young man, then almost 4 years as an assistant trainer at the Portuguese national Stud of Alter Real. While living in England, J.P. produced international champions in 3 day eventing, dressage and show jumping, including the Lusitano stallion Novilheiro, who was a Grand Prix dressage horse, an intermediate eventer and British Show-Jumping leading money earner in 1983.
